1. What we collect
When you request a quote or booking — through our forms, WhatsApp (+966 57 709 5196), email or phone — we receive your name, phone number, email address (if provided), pickup location, travel date/time and trip notes. Our website does not require accounts and does not collect payment details online.
2. How we use it
Your details are used only to: confirm availability and pricing, dispatch your driver, send invoices and confirmations, and improve our transport services. If you arrived via an advertisement, we may record anonymous campaign data (source, keyword) to measure performance.
3. Who sees it
Only our dispatch team and your assigned driver. We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Booking records are stored securely on our own hosting in support of accounting and customer service.
4. WhatsApp & email
Tapping our WhatsApp or Email buttons opens your own app with a pre-addressed message — the conversation then follows WhatsApp's / your email provider's own privacy terms.
5. Your rights
